Automation tool/script to complete a series of web forms

I need someone to create a automation script to fill 6 forms on a website Here is the basic outline 1. Read configuration file to read master data 2. login to a website based on login/password in the master data file 3. read input data files ( 4 different files) 4. fill 6 web based forms using master data files & input data file. a. you would need to copy data in the forms ( using copy from master file or input data file and paste in the fields in the form) b. your script would have to toggle certain fields on the form from the drop down menu based on the input in the configuration file. you can write the tool in any language. I will provide additional details to the shortlisted candidates
