Automates Account Setup Script

I have a PHP Email Newsletter Marketing script that is running off a MYSQL database. It has a login function already. I wish to sell subscriptions to this service. I have setup a payment gateway with <[login to view URL]>. When a subscription payment is processed and accepted thru 2Checkout a reciept is sent to the purchaser and notification to the seller. I need a script that can automatically respond to the purchaser from my company confirming the purchase details and generating a username (the email address of the buyer) and a random password to be used to access their account. Then the script must add this username and password to the database so that the person can login. The email sent to the purchaser could be based on information extracted from the email sent to the seller or parameters passed by the payment gateway.2Checkout provide information for programmers about parameters able to be passed from their script. I would prefer the script to be coded in PHP to keep the compatibility with the existing newsletter script etc. But, hey i'm not a programmer..so whatever fits the solution!!
