Adding WML to Perl scripts

We are looking to establish long-term relationships with programmers who have extensive experience with Perl and XML/WML. It would also be beneficial to have experience with as much of the following as possible: Java servlets, C/C++, MySQL, SQL, Unix, NT, Apache, and IIS. The following project however initially requires Perl and XML/WML, with later projects requiring the rest. We also have other scripts to customize and develop (please see our other postings under FreerTech) This project will consist of converting a series of Perl scripts that use an HTML interface to also use a WML interface, thereby allowing for WAP access. The programmer must therefore be familiar with creating WML pages and outputting and receiving WML form information from WAP devices using Perl. In some cases this is merely converting the HTML to WML standards. However, the programmer must be familiar with file size limitations and the limited display characteristics of WAP devices. Though there are some Perl modules available for WAP, the scripting must not rely on these either. We will provide WAP emulators and testing tools. Exact project details cannot be specified at this time, so bids should consist of long-term hourly rates (based on average project rates), and discuss experience with WAP and Perl. In addition to providing rates on the above, it would helpful to indicate ongoing fees for providing support and modifications. More permanent employment may be considered after a few scripts if desired.
## Deliverables
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. We maitain all rights to source code.
## Deadline information
We would prefer to work with US programmers, though may consider exceptionally qualified internationally programmers. We need to have rather quick results, so would prefer to work with a programmer who is not juggling to many other projects.
