Captcha reading and filling out webpage

an sms provider has a webpage which i want to fill out automatically ........(right now, this page was made to send messages 1 by 1), so a message is sent and then the page is refreshed bringing a new captcha and informatoin fields which should be filled out. a text file including many phone number will exist in order to be used and read by the application to develop and fill out field INGRESE EL NUMERO The other field shoulds keep the same information a captcha picture is shown, every time the page is refreshed. so in order to send a "broadcast (several messages)", the program should do: 1) once a message is sent in the browser, it will have to wait until page is refreshed (the browser is refreshed)and change the destination phone number 2)once the pages is refreshed, the field INGRESE EL NUMERO (phone number) should be filled out with a phone number from the txt file which has the phone numbers where we want to send the message 2)type that random grayed out code number (captcha) 3)send again.
