Build affiliate tracking system and become highly paid affiliate (USD$200 per client)

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING PAYMENT THROUGH HIGHLY PAID AFFILIATE ACCOUNT Hello BACKGROUND: We are a premium web design studio based in Paris, France, which offers an affiliate program. Affiliates get paid USD$100 for every client that they drive to use our services. Affiliates are only paid after we are sure that the visitor is a clinet, that is, after they have paid the initial deposit. PROJECT: We would like to expand our affiliate system to include a web-based tracking system. The person who designs this will be rewarded with a HIGHLY PAID affiliate account. Specifically, you will be paid USD$200 for each client you bring us. This is DOUBLE the normal payment (i.e., after 10 clients, you will have earned USD$2000, instead of USD$1000. However, you can continue to drive clients to use our services for as long as you wish, without any decrease in payment). TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS The system must be designed using CGI/PERL and/or PHP, on a MySQL database. A potential client should visit the website at an address such as [login to view URL] The potential client should always be recorded as belonging to the affiliate ID with which they visited the site. Additionally, the database should store: 1. counter of the number of visitors driven to the site (including non clients) 2. urls of where the visiors arrived from 3. if the client filled out a quote form ([login to view URL]), the details of that quote should be stored with the affiliate id. 4.
