Algorithm and Optimised DB required

I need an algorithm which will generate all the possible pixel combinations in sequence for a black and white image of a given width and height and populate a SQL database with them. For example, if I have a canvas of 10x10 pixels the algorithm will calculate all the possible pixel combinations that can appear within that 10x10 pixel space. It should NOT randomly do this but instead logically process each combination in sequential order. Ideally the person doing this will have a very logical and mathematical mind.
