ASP / PHP / CGI Database Access & Website Design

We are looking for someone to design a database (optimize organization of data) and write ASP, PHP or CGI scripts to access database. Database can be MySQL or Access based. No preference in ASP, PHP or CGI. Database will ultimately have thousands of entries. Web site scripts will need to provide ability to search database based on multiple criteria. Each data entry will need to have link to additional page of information specific to that entry. Example: [login to view URL] This website allows the user to search by area, cuisine, etc., and click on each search result for additional information. This is similar to what we are looking for.
