Change profile from vertical display to Gallery view

I need to change profiles (that are posted on my site) from vertical display to Gallery view. I also need to change the Page Numbers on the bottom of the screen from 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 ---- an so on. Change it to - a NEXT button. and a BACK button too. (after they pass the 1st page the Back button shows up) I would like the number of profiles to be listed on the top of each gallery page. But i want an extra # added to the number for example: If my site has 3,286 escort profiles right now, i would like it to say 32,860 or 32,861 or 32,864 ( the last number is added on and is rotated randomly.
