CRE Loaded error fix

I need a error with my CRE Loaded 6.3.2 FIXED, it has only occured since i have installed a new template, there was a file missing error - (catalog/includes/languages/english/[login to view URL]) so i created a blank php (of the missing) file and now i get: MySQL error: 1146 - Table '[login to view URL]' doesn't exist SELECT information_id, languages_id, info_title FROM information WHERE visible= '1' and languages_id ='1' ORDER BY v_order [TEP STOP] the website is [login to view URL] I need this fixed ASAP as it needs to be reliesed this week.
