Convert dynamic URLs to static

I am looking for a php script witer who would be able to convert URLs resulting from query string paramters in the split page results into static URLs. The CMS is osCommerce. I am currently using ultimate seo urls which has a template, which something like this could possibly be based on.

This can be done very easily using some rewrite rules. Please check my past work for how I managed the rewriting.
