I need someone to design and develop a software that will be used in a Gaming Payout Machine (GPM). The primary function of the GPM is to disperse money that is won at a slot machine. GPM devices are intended to be used alongside slot machines, but will have no direct connection to the slot. The GPM will however be connected to the Gaming Board’s Central Office system (CO). Prior to dispersing money, the GPM will contact the CO for transaction verification. Only if the transaction is verifiable, will the GPM disperse money. If the transaction is not verifiable or invalid, no money is dispersed. The Gaming Board sets the standards for all transaction to the CO. GLI certification documents will be provided. The GPM must pass GLI Certification in order to go into production. The GPM will be look and act similar to an ATM device, except that will not accept deposits.
