Asterisk pbx guide with .net call client

We need a tutorial for setup: Fedora core Asterisk ARI (asterisk recording interface) Amportal (Flash Operator Panel) Callware VoiceOne for manage asterisk Apache with mysql and phpMyAdmin SugarCRM Misdn for support 1 ISDN HFC card (italian europe ISDN) Zaptel for support TDM400 4 with 4 red modules We need to setup all trunk for show use in FOP. We want setup all latest release of this software and we possible with italian traslation. We want a PDF with all CLI command to make PBX full functionally. We want also a small .net project for make call with PBX to extension like sugarCRM. PAYMENT CONDITION We use only escrow and we DON'T send payment in adavance. We escrow payment only when we have full online demo of pbx. We release escrow payment only when you send PDF guide and after we have try It. Thanks
