Make my Web Site Solution/CMS ready to support Portuguese

The Basic Framework already existing. So the job is more of fixing the bugs and updating strings and ensuring that this feature works. (You have to setup your own environment using my code. You will need to replace the "es" on the url for ptbr ([login to view URL]) 7-) Finally when adding new products in Portuguese and they select PagueSeguro as the payment) the flow should work.
