develop custom Piwik plugin using php and mysql

I am looking for an experienced PHP / MySQL developer to write a custom plugin for Piwik Web Analytics. I have a local MySQL database on my server that is constantly updated as events occur. The plugin must be a graphical display of this database using the various SELECT statements. The graphs need to be of various different types (table, piechart, evolution graph etc.)
I have the basic PHP code available as there is an ExampleUI available under Piwik. This needs to be customized to work with my database. A blogpost about building a custom plugin in Piwik can be found here: [url removed, login to view]
