Dating site member login problem

Hello, I need some one to complete a project. This is the situation... Members were migrated from one dating website(EMEETING) to the now New Dating Site! (MOOSOCIAL) The problem is members receive an error when they try to log in. I found a way to make it work in my admin panel by manually editing the members date of birth, Time zone and changing their password. Then they are able to log in with email address and password. I need someone who is very versatile in PHP PROGRAMMING, MYSQL and PHPMYADMIN to make this work. I would love for members to log in with both username and email if possible. SOFTWARE MAKER OF MOO-SOCIAL ADVISED ME THAT SOFTWARE DOES NOT AUTO INCRIMINATE AND THIS MAY THE ISSUE. PLEASE NOTE : YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT QUICKLY. PLEASE DON'T WASTE MY TIME OR YOURS IF YOU ARE NOT SKILLED IN THIS FIELD!!
