Customize our pre-existing PHP script

We are currently looking for someone with extensive knowledge of the PHP programming language, in addition to MySQL. Specifically, knowledge of CakePHP, PDO, Apache, and cPanel would be extremely attractive for this project. We possess a fairly advanced existing licensed PHP application, which we would like optimized and customized to our specifications. For someone with the correct skillset this would be expected to constitute around 2-4 hours work. Only those with advanced experience in these languages need apply, we are not looking for low quality work.
