I'm using an open source program called Tickets CAD ([login to view URL]) and I need you to customize it so that I can add a note when I change the status of a facility. I also need more options for reports added, such as just a listing of the facility status changes with the note over a specified span of hours and a listing of all the calls over a specified span of hours.
This is for a project that probably will not actually be implemented, so I'm not looking to invest too much time or money into it yet. I expect that it would take less than a couple hours to complete this. If it does get implemented, I would need some more work done, so if I like your work, I'll want to hire you again to make everything perfect!
