Custom gallery for hosting and viewing comics online

I have a website that hosts comics and allows users to read them online. Currently I am using Piwigo but it doesn't fit my needs. For this project I want you to do all the feature included in my list. I also expect for you to be reasonable in case I could not foresee minor changes required for the listed features to work. Even after the end of the project I expect for you to fix bugs and problems in your code. The design for the front-end will be provided, you will need to do all the PHP coding and integrate the design. This includes jQuery coding for stuff like "fit" image, prefetch images, notifications... After the end of the project I will hire you again to implement new features. I attach the file with the full feature list. Read it carefully. Don't spam me with bids without knowing what you are biding on. - The gallery will host 200.000 images with 600 concurrent users. - Performance is important, so don't do stupid queries to search the whole DB for something. Add indexes everywhere. - Do minimum queries and cache everything. You can add memcached support if you want. - Cache everything you can again - Have your own opinion.
