I need to create a system where customers can register login and create a complaint against a business, specifying company name, amount of demage, details of complaint, some uploading of documents etc. Upon submitting complaint user have to pay for submitting a complaint. Once complaint is taken care of between business and customer complaint should be resolved and removed from public seeing. Similar service can be found at akosha. Needed user admin and admin back end. Please let me know how much would it take you approximately. Submit me 2 quotes one for whole system including front web design and just a system.
