I want to get a single mysql table created and a data entry web interface to add/edit rows in the table. the columns should be start_date, end_date, task, group, description, priority. The interface needs to have a list view with buttons on it to edit, delete etc. Please show me similar data forms you have done. I am looking to start asap. Don't bid if you cannot code PHP and MYSQL. This is a very simple project for a good developer. I want something similar to the attached (including date formats etc)
