Build a plugin for Wordpress to track users

I require a plugin which can track registered users across a Wordpress site.
The plugin should be able to:
- Track which posts have been viewed (all trackable posts will be a custom post type)
- Record the duration of the view
- Provide an overview of the stats for the site admin for ALL custom posts (whether this is on each custom post page or elsewhere is at your discretion)
- If possible the plugin should track embedded YouTube video views, views of lightbox images etc.
The plugin should allow a new user role to see the name, email and potentially other custom fields of the user that viewed their content (each user that has tracking privileges will be assigned between one and ten posts that they can view visitors for but not edit). The admin should be able to set which users can track which posts.
All users of the site will be registered members of several different levels.
The plugin should be able to create a graph (as shown in the mock-up image) to show overall visits to their page.
This job will be part of a larger project, so clear coding and code documentation is essential.
The ability to download the stats as a .CSV file would also be helpful.
