Build an Online Store

Hello there, I am on a tight budget and need some small development work done. I am using the PHP based CMS 'OCPortal'. This website is going to be a massive Community/Webstore hybrid. It includes site wide rewards and very advanced web 2.0 features. It will be a video game community with forums, chatrooms, points/awards/gifting system, a webstore, as well as tons of other great features. I need to integrate into its webstore -Australia Post API -Database to store Unique Video Game Keys which upon purchase, pulls one and marks it off and puts into an email template to send to purchaser straight after purchase. -(Potentially integrate Wow Armoury API . please quote hours or cost for this one as it is not 100% required) I am on a tight budget and your best offers would be appreciated. If you are a Private Developer not a Firm then other incentives can be offered to offset the project cost such as full credit and links to you on the completed website, website privledges if you are interested. or free goods/PC game keys. Please quote competitively! This website will likely need further development down the track, if I am happy with your price, service and personality then it can be arranged for you to receive any further projects for this website, and be its 'unofficial developer' for future works. I would also appreciate someone willing to keep in contact and possibly occassionally give me advice/tips. I am new to the industry, self teaching and doing everything aside from this myself. I plan to establish a powerful and functional Gaming community and would appreciate someone knowledgeable to be able to consult with on some matters from time to time.
