Build API integration (membershipsite & Voicebroadcasting service)

Hi we have a membership site all code is written in PHP. We are going to offer a service that sends out a voice broadcasting campaign for our members. From membership site user uploads 2 wav files to our site. 1. Live answer Message 2. Answer Machine Message Our support team is notified and then they log into our Voice broadcasting service and create a campaign for that user. We would like to automate this step so that when support is notified they can log into our membership site and after reviewing the users message support can hit one button that create the campaign via api instead of doing it manually. To create a campaine Voice broadcasting system needs Live answer file Answer Machine file Name of campaign Caller id to display contact list to use If user status changes to inactive in membership site we would like their campaign to be turned to inactive as well. This does not have to be real time, daily cron job is fine. Attached is the API doc for Voice Broadcasting Service. Thanks
