Bitcoin and Doge Coin Buying Service

Will need website coded and designed including logo. We will offer a service to buy your digital currency We will offer to purchase your Bitcoin Litecoin Dogecoin For USD! 1) We will need the rates of our purchase and calculators on the main page for potential customers to see what we will pay. 2) We will need the website to get the most up to date exchange rates from the major exchanges and give us a median rate. 3) We will then need to set profit rates via the backend of the website. (ie for Check Payout we want to profit 10% and for paypal payout we want to profit 15% and it will calculate this into our buy price. 4) The user if wanting to be paid via paypal will send the coins to our wallet and then fill out a form that will only include their paypal addy and the transaction number and amount of coins sent and amount expected to receive. Or if it was pay by check we will need all the address information. 5) We will also need to be able to set maximum transaction amounts and limits on how many transactions per day 6) We will need a really clean looking front end of the website with market info and that really sells the idea of selling to us. 7) If you have any more ideas on how to improve this idea I am all ears.
