I need someone who can work with IDX/RETS. This will be through PHPRETS. You can read more about it here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Our MLS: [login to view URL] RETS is a way for real estate websites to pull information from a MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and display those listings. I need someone to do two things with this: 1. Create a custom csv file to my specifications that will update an system with listings using certain criteria of listings I want marketed. (Inquire for more information.) 2. Create a Zillow Feed of our company's listings. ([login to view URL]) - We may want to do more than Zillow in the future but quote with just Zillow for now. 3. Create two RSS feeds of our Listings with Images that can be used with [login to view URL] I will do a significant portion of the work on the Digital Signage end. Everything should be developed in PHP. I would prefer that you are in the US and can talk on the phone when absolutely necessary. (I will mostly communicate by email but sometimes a call is necessary.) I would prefer that you have worked with IDX/RETS before. Let me know if you have any questions.
