Android changes

Hi, I am creating a workmen directory app, my project is the same like this one [login to view URL] I asked one of my friends to make some changes for me, the app was accepting just web links and he changed it to be a mobile number, and instead the button of get deal , changed to call ( it run the dialer instead browser), so we changed the app from a deal aggregator to a "workmen directory app" , and now I need more changes, and I hope you can help me in that. I need the following changes to the app: 1- arrange the first showing list of the app based on the nearest from the user 2- the ability to add a link to the post 3- ability to add subcategory 4- add another type of category to the post, and I need to show it in the header, so it gonna be like town > AREA(category) > Category of workman so the user can get results from other areas that he is not existed in. 5- add rating feedback on each person, and ask the user to give his phone number as an ID and on the back end, I just want to see the rating feedback on each person. the code is well commented and organized. waiting to hear from you,
