AWS Sysadmin - Advanced Sysadmin

Hello, We are making a video streaming site and we need some sysadmin help. We have a few HIGH traffic sites (1 million+ uniques a day) and our temp sysadmin is no longer with us. We planned on using AWS for the first couple months, to see how the site grows etc, before we make the decision to stay with a cloud setup or just buy servers and host it in our DC. Anyway, we were depending on our temp sysadmin to help setup the AWS architecture, but after doing a few things he no longer had time... It would be great if we could find a replacement (part time-long term), which would be someone that has experience with everything listed below, but if you're only a master in AWS- that's fine too. Please contact me for more details. BTW- we're open to fixed or hourly, we just need this done. We're looking for someone who: * has extensive past AWS experience. * has vast DB experience. (10,000+ queries/second) * has experience creating server architectures for high bandwidth intensity websites. (10Gbit/sec+) * has experience working with large storage configurations. (Non-Raid, so FS's like ZFS, MogileFS etc) * speaks english as their first language. Thanks!
