Please check the PNG file and understand this is simple app, just 6 buttons for the input and 3 buttons for the action of submit, clear and add, the app is alive.

about the server side, we already have the reply code with javascript, we just need you help to put this javascript code to the hosting for the reply from the server.

This project is more about layout and setup server only, all the information and logic code we have it ready.
