Database Development From MS Access to MySQL or similar

Our current data will exceed the capability of MS access in the near future. We need to change our data storage to accommodate our growth and manage our data storage and feeds to our Tableau reporting system. We need a MySQL database or similar created to enable easy management and growth to occur into the future. The specific requirements are Recommendation on most suitable database Develop and migrate data into this database Use MS Access to modify or update the database. Program developed to append records automatically from our desktops to the server database. Documentation to support the development Hourly rate to provide ongoing support into the future to provide guidance as our business and database grows. Ongoing support to Requirements for the database : Support five users Currently MS Access has 20 tables 500mb at present growing at 100000 lines per week.
