adding products into magento doesnt work

Always when i try to add a new product i get the following error: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '2821-1' for key 'UNQ_CATALOGINVENTORY_STOCK_ITEM_PRODUCT_ID_STOCK_ID' I already tried different things but nothing worked. Does anybody already knows this issue?
