Create Landing Page in Wordpress

I have a website - [login to view URL] We need a custom wordpress theme designed for us and installed. The theme should be professional, clean looking without too many tags or posts cluttering it up and have the following: A logo - the name The Loan Modification Company is ok for this A capture form with their name, email, phone number,lender, current or late? if late how many months? and additional comments box located at the top of the page. We would like the home page, privacy page, contact us page, blog and a faq page. An example of a similar site I already have going is [[login to view URL]][1]. I would like something like this, but with a Step 1: fill out the loan modification calculator. Step 2: fill out our form, Step 3: get your loan modified...different layout and colors.. I would prefer this site to be all Wordpress, but if it has to be a static site with just a wordpress blog page it's ok. Please message with any questions. I need this at a good price.
