Develop BASE system via PHPMaker 9+

Phase (I) UserLevels Control *** This project must be only on PHPMaker 9+ with MySQL 5+ running on Linux. *** By default, this option is already build in with PHPMaker 9+ together with 2 standard levels -1 Administrator 0 Default (not using, just leave it there first) Now, I need to add more levels Create 3 or more levels 1 Head of Department 2 Manager 3 Operation And a Department Table 1 Account 2 Sales 3 Support 4..... First of all, HEAD of Department can only be created by Administrator (-1) Then each department head can create their own team respectively and view all levels in same team by not allow to add / edit (accept record created by Head of Department). eg. I have 5 sales manager and each sales manager have 5~10 driver (support) to deliver goods. Each sales manager manage to view / add / edit their own team only, not others sales manager support teams. ONLY account department able to VIEW all managers + their support team information (BUT cannot add / edit) All support can create new client records. (We'll pre-define a client code as WALK-IN / END User to take care CASH SALES) Additional requirement: - a separate css to take care if field is required, change input field color. - control upper / lower case. - Tab stop at first field (add mode) or other field (edit mode) - Assign today date to some date field (editable as per condition) - Capture of date / time created. - Capture record created by (for client table) - Disallow login for RESIGNED staff / support. - Captcha (optional but already have in PHPMaker+) *** This project must be only on PHPMaker 9+ with MySQL 5+ running on Linux. *** Phase (II) will cover on Inventory & Billing (invoice printing). This will start after Phase (I) Completed. Please note that the bid price is for Phase (I) only. Winning Worker MIGHT NOT guarantee will get the Phase (II) project.
