Database back end website for template

I need code to make some templates that i have to be driven from a [login to view URL] on webhosting template -business template Index page must be driven from a database (news,hosting plans, member login area) order page must be able to use paypal and send an email that an order was recieved and send an email. admin page- must be able to view orders ans updat content on the index page (news and plans) and add a members area and be able to make a table to add content and must be contented to the database ) any questions ask. I have the templet so no deesing is needed but must be able to make this work and comment code so i can port over for other future projects. thank you , if you need a template to see let me know , alos i have a funtiaon interface for the payment gateway if needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
