I need a flash website created for a radio station with the following features: 1. Create a Chat 2. Create a Message Board 3. Create an administrative area with login for the message board and chat room together if possible. 4. You will need to include the graphics for the avatars & images that users can select from. I don't have any. 5. Additionally, include the feature that prevents users from changing their account name while using the site in at attempt to disguise themselves. 6. The contact page will have a simple contact form. 7. There will be a section for visitors to vote for their favorite song or video. Nothing complex. Just a simple poll system. An admin page will need to be created so that the site owner can change the music for the voting on his own. 8. A live cam video will be added to the home page in the bottom left area. Another party will work on the video. 9. There are several tunes available with this template that will be replaced. 10. There should be 8 transitions in the flash header. 11. The flash header has a reddish background that has to be changed primarily to green w/ hues of yellow & red colors. 12. The radio station logo will be placed in the silver square area. 13. The website will feature flash banners at the top & bottom above & below the page. 14. There is a large blank white space at the top & bottom of the flash that needs to be deleted.
