Contact List & Business Card Website

I need a prototype web application based around contact and address book management that allows people to do the following: 1. Create and manage a profile 2. The profile will contain information similar to what is on a business card 3. The user can also define an attachment that will be sent to a recipient e.g. a PDF brochure 4. The user can import contacts (an existing api can do this). This will mainly be used to get other people to sign up to the service 5. The profile and any attachment will be emailed to a specified email address using a SMS message sent from the user's mobile phone that contains the recipients email address. 6. The recipient of the email will receive the user's profile information and attachment. 7. The email will contain a footer that promotes this service and encourages them to sign up. The selected person will also understand how to integrate SMS messaging APIs. The destination SMS address will probably be based in the UK. The selected person will need to help with this. The selected person will also be able to understand the .vcf protocol. If you successfully develop this prototype you will be contracted to further develop the system into beta stage. This will involve new functionality. Full information will be sent only to the successful bidder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform To work in all internet browsers. Hosting and web server software..preferably on a standard linux web server using mysql and php.
