Code website template and aplly to designs

This Project has a least two different phases: 1: Build a fully functional tested coding template for a dynamic website to spec: 2: To adapt the website and add additions to for different website spec. First being Real Estate Website that details are attached for. In future I would like to repeat phase 2 for multiple different websites. Now each of these website are fairly well unique however they have a core which is very similar and then each website are slightly different. So what I am looking for is hire someone who can build a template of a fully functional backend and functionality and then can tailor it to fit in with every. So for this project is for designing and building the functional template for the website: As I mentioned I am looking for someone I can build a long term working relationship with, someone who I can trust and rely on. Who I am looking for: Someone with a good portfolio of work. A good rating over a few projects. Someone who has done this type of work before. Someone with good English. Someone who is fairly responsive and can be contact thought Yahoo message and Email. Someone who is looking to build a long term working relationship. Very good technical skills At least basic design skills. (I do hire a good designers but I would expect a basic level of Skill) Someone with a little common sense, and who can be left to go on with things. Please in your bid could you say how much you would charge for: 1: How much you would charge to build the website coding template. 2: How much you would charge to adapt the template to put the real estate project live. 3: A rough price to just role out a new design to the template. But could you just raise the bid for how much you want for building the template coding(1). Include in the write up a rought bid for (2,3). Also could you include exmaple of previous work. Thanks Ed ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
