Call Monitoring (Call Ping) using voip, database and web
$750-1500 USD
Paid on delivery
We are a telco company and run our own ports and phone lines.
We need to real-time monitor our lines and check whether they can still make calls. If they cannot, we need an alarm by e-mail and phone call. We use SIP to make calls.
Basically the application should constantly make phone calls to trigger numbers. If the call receives a call progress or ringing, then it is ok, if not, after 5 not successful trials, an alarm will be set off and an e-mail will be sent and a phone call to a phone number will be made to play a voice file. In a database we have several dozens of target trigger numbers to call.
All call trial will be logged and registered in a database for future statistics and review.
The user interface shall be webbased.
A detailed requirement documentation will be sent.
