CMS phpArcadeScript.net Hack/Addon

An addon/hack to the current CMS arcade version of [login to view URL], to allow registered (as well as guests) users to upload games, video, flash, mp3, image, etc... Functions are as follow- Guests: -Able to upload, however, does not gain any credits Members: -Able to upload, however, gain credits per specific type of upload. These credit will then equal to a certain "Paypal" Money. There should be a function to convert credit to paypal, and also a function to allow the user to "cash out" request everytime it reaches a certain amount. -There should be a "private" field on their profile that only admin will see where the user can put in their paypal address for 'cash out'. Admin: -Able to set the certain maximum upload size to each type of file -Able to set the directory (whether it be /files/ or /public_html/files, this option is to prevent "leechers" from finding out the directory and download the files) -Able to set how many upload points per type -Able to set how many upload points equal how much paypal money. -Payout is manual, every time a 'cash out' is done, admin have the ability to reset or remove the certain point from the user -Ability to Approve each and every upload before displaying on main index, if disapprove, then the files uploaded will be removed from the server. Credit will only be given when the file is approved. -Ability to deduct points whenever the user uploaded inappropriate files (censored, virus, etc...). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
