I am looking for someone to create a new Joomla Template based on the attached graphic, I will supply all logos, graphics, photos and text as required. There is some room for creative license on design. The main header photo area is to rotate by flash (or whatever) through at least 5 photos. Once template is designed and approved, the balance of website is to be created, 8 pages of which the bulk of information and graphics may be copied from existing website.
