Build a simple website

The following website should be built either by some popular CMS or php framework. The target company is selling and buying used wind turbines and their parts. The following is needed for the website: 1.) Static data about the company, services they provide, history etc. This will all be provided. 2.) A form where website visitors can fill in their offer for the site administraror. Lets say if someone would be interested to sell his wind turbine for the website administrator he/she could fill in a form like: -Brand of a turbine -Model -Production year -Height/length etc. After a form is submitted it should go to the administrator's email as well as be saved in the database for later management(review, delete). Form information will be provided later. 3.) Administrator should also be able to upload his offers for used turbines and their parts. A good example of it can be found here: [login to view URL] The design should not be too flashy and it should mostly contain blue or green color to represent the "green energy". A couple of slideshows could be used in some pages. The visitor should as well be able to choose one out of three possible languages. The project has to be done in two weeks. The design should be approved next weekend and the fully functioning website in two weeks from now. Basically the website should be similiar to [login to view URL], just without the best sales offers box and newsletter. Text, translations and most pictures will be provided.
