A "Friend code wall"

I want a "friend code wall". I don't know how to explain it better but I want something exactly like this: [login to view URL] - A textbox where you can enter a message where you need to enter a message like "000-000-000" and then it will come up on the wall. But if the number is already on the wall, it will deny it and give a message like "Your code is already on the wall, do you want to BUMP it instead?" and then the option to click "Yes/No". - A position list on the left site. - A bump button. When you click it, your code will be number 1 again. - A search button. When you click it, you can search for a specific number. There's not need for a good web design, a simple but still eye pleasing design would be great.
