I have a small php script? that? uses a mysql database? written? sometime in 2004.? ?
Script ran fine up until about late 2006 or very early in 2007 when it quit functioning.? You could not login? and no errors we given, page simply refreshed. At that time i just retired the script because i? was busy with other projects.
? I am just assuming that script became outdated/incompatitable with either an sql update or php update, what else could have happened?? Hacked? I guess that is a possibility, however I have preformed 2 or 3 installs? with my virgin files and it does the very same thing.? Page simply refreshed when clicking what ever option you choose.? I am thinking it is a globals related issue in php BUT i have 0 knowledge of any coding? so my opinion is mute.---? the script uses cookies for sessions.? Script uses mysql database with 3 tables.
I am? looking for? someone? to debug? code and update? so as script? will run? under current release versions of php & mysql? found on most public shared hosting accounts under current release browsers.
Script is fairly small and was inexpensive, under $50 in 2004.
Script is online and you can check it out and see how it is currently behaving.? ?
Accepted an eariler bid from coder, they? added a couple? of statements to a couple of the php files and gained access to members area, you can now log into members area, but once there, all options act just as the login page did,
Try to update/change your password, page just refreshes
Try to update your email addy, page just refreshes? this is what makes me think global varibles or something like that.
