Hello. I need someone who will show/explain me how to build a custom forum like for example [url removed, login to view]

I have the pages designed and the forum have to be exactly as the PSD files. I prefer:

*someone who has his script ready to use

*not to use joomla, wp, drupal and other known CMS

*someone with a good explaining skills

*no milestone (only if you have less than 3 ratings)

I dont want you to build the forum for me, I want a "teacher". The code have to be clear so I can understand it. Completing this task can lead to several more.
