better google maps integration

we have integrated a google map in our site [login to view URL], but we are not google maps experts - i would like, BASED UPON THE EXISTING CODE : 1- replace the + and - with bigger icons, i don't know how to do this (these standard google + and - are too small for tablets and smartphones) 2- when hovering over the map (no click) , a/ the map to occupy a larger space, like 6 times the actual space b/ once the map is large, all map functions available (locations selection, zoom (+ -) buttons, ...) 3- any other cool idea is welcome
