add details from a qr code to mobile phone address book

I have a qr code which contains our employees details once scanned i want it to automatically add those details to the phone book of that person. I know this can be done and i am using a similar application however the application i am using doesn't work on iphones, and so i am looking for somebody to build a piece of code that will work with all smart phones which can run qr scanners. the code will be clearly written and well commented. the code will work something like this. Qr scanner ---- Message ( Add details to your phone book Yes/ No) Once yes details are added to address book.
