An academic project for PHP, MySql programmer

I am looking a person who is expert in conversion of any PSD to HTML/CSS3/PHP/MySQL. This is a sample project for a longtime relationship. I want to work with the same person for all PSD to small web application projects we have. You must optimally convert PSD file to a small Web application. Finally your HTML/PHP code should be clean and CSS3 file(s) should be written with logical and meaningful class names with comment lines. Pages have to be cross browser compliant. It should work consistently on a minimum of IE (7,8,9), Firefox, Safari,Mobile Safari(iPad), Opera, and Chrome. Should also work on Windows as well as Mac platforms. We will expect the developer to thoroughly test for the same. Lost and found products and information websites will help everyone to find whatever objects they have lost within the shortest time as possible. Job requires conversion of PSD to HTML/PHP ==============Job Requirements:============== 1. 5-6 PSD files to Slice as html+css3+php+mySql etc... 2. Very good skill in CSS3 3. Need to design a very nice Database and ERD 2 diagram (U can use Visio) and you need to show me first. when I will approved database, then you can strat working. 4. Two view: User and Admin. 5. admin can manage user and product to create/upload/delete/edit. Admin view is different from front view. U can do it in different way... which is feasible for u. 6. User need to register to report a lost/found items and also they can manage their uploaded/posting lost/found items 7. As in the images when someone upload a item It will automatically updated on Latest items view in the front-page 8. Search option will be inclued: Catagories list> name of items > Post code.... If anything machese then result will show up...on Body section and rest of the website design view will be same. 9. Important part: when anyone wants to view the Lost/Found items after click on product one small window will show up and give more details about product. and also there will be a option to send message to admin or who posted this product then he/she can claim the product. ========================== =========================== I have attached a demo image file.
