Bi-Monthly web design changes and additions needed

i have a website with several flash components and html and php. I have a list of about 15 things that need to be changed on the site. Some is changing layout and adding components to index page. Others are small changes such as changing titles of the navigation buttons and enabling the Existing music player to play more than one song. We are ALWAYS wanting small changes done to the site (monthly or bi-monthly) and need someone who knows all components of web design (including flash) and can do it flawlessly and is patient with our needs, as they may seem trivial to an experienced web designer. We have had help by several professionals but they never stick around. We want to continue to have the same designer for a long time. Please be reasonable with fees. You can price individual tasks or as a whole or per hour. Our current list is a few hours worth of work
