Dictionary search engine (script+database)

Hi, I am looking for a dictionary database +search engine script. It would resemble the On-line Etymological Dictionary ([login to view URL]), except that the user would not see the files, only the results of his or her search on my Web site. It should be able to search the database or a file and show the results with color, bold and italics. There would be a user password to access the search function. Right now, my dictionary(English to French) is a Word document containing 1 million words. My targeted budget :500 USD.
