Developing a community with .php, .html and ZEND-Framework

Searching for a GERMAN (!) speaking developer to build a community with .php, Zend and html. Should support one of our developers and should be very experienced in working with Zend framework and .php. Function: - build up a Zend Framework (according to our needs for the community) - build up and develop the php - integrate the existant htmls into the framework - build up all functionalities and database connections You'll work together with one of our developers, who will describe and support your work with integrating htmls and coding php.
