Design/Redesign Client-Server Cache Process for Auto Complete Asset (Social Engine and or YUI experience a plus)

I implemented the Yahoo Auto Complete into Social Engine (a white label social networking site). Essentially ported the Yahoo AC Controller Interface into the Field Selection which saves the settings for the fields on the form. When the form/page is loaded it then caches all the tables as specified by those settings to the user (I believe as csv)

The problem is that the tables are proprietary and I don't want to dump them to users nor do I want the AC to be a conduit to scrape data.

So I am looking for someone with good client-server/cache (memcache/apc/etc) and security/encryption knowledge to redesign the caching process so that a) it is secure and b) performance does not take a huge hit. Currently it is very interactive even with 20k+ record tables.

This might or might not involve encrption/decryption as long as it is not breakable.

Ideal candidate will have experience/skills in:

a) Social Engine

b) Yahoo Auto Complete

c) Client-Server optimization and caching

d) Security
